I grew up on the rocky shores of Canada’s East Coast. Salty ocean air is a part of my childhood, and because of that, I have an obsession for seafood! If it came from the ocean, I will eat it. While I may have a preference for fish (shellfish, in particular), I adore all types of cuisine.
When I’m not snacking on crab, cooking for my food blog (The Maple Cutting Board), or organizing campaigns for my fulltime job in Marketing, you can find me camping with my husband and our dog. In fact, some of the best meals I’ve eaten have been prepared over a campfire!
