A creative spin on this French classic, we really enjoyed Their There’s version of the Cassoulet. Richness from the tender beans, sausages, and succulent meats, crispyness from the fried onions, and slight astringency from the microgreens gave this dish more dimension. The deeply toasted foccacia was bold in presentation and paired well with the sauce.
