Shoestring Cafe is an unpretentious, simple, and no frills family-owned restaurant in an industrial part of East Richmond. I opted for the three course meal, which included the Steamed Mussels With Chardonnay. This starter featured fresh, delicious, plump and juicy mussels. It could’ve easily been a main dish.
