Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yên is a hidden gem hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop shop. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food was superb. I got their Special Fish Cake & Vermicelli in Soup and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was light yet flavourful. You can also make it a combo by adding either a salad or spring roll.
