Of all the brunch options in town, Mon Pitou Bistro & Bakery is one of my favourites. Once your plate gets here, the ingredients really provide a comforting feel on your palate. The French Eggs feature scrambled eggs that are folded well and just cooked perfectly, with bits of runny yolk streaming through. Add Pacific line-caught smoked salmon and a nice thick piece of toasty sourdough for the perfect brunch.
