We satisfied our sushi cravings last week at Minemura Sushi. This cute sushi place on West 3rd just off Lonsdale has so many delicious rolls and their service is quick and friendly! I love their Yam Tempura Roll—it’s a classic with a generous amount of yam tempura in each bite.
