This was my second visit to Richmond Public Market, but my first time trying Hei Hei Rice Roll. We ordered two rice rolls to share, including the Beef, Pork, and Shrimp Rice Roll. Made fresh to order, the rice rolls have a silky and delicate texture. I recommend enjoying them while they’re fresh — and they’re worth the wait.
