Moltaqa is a Moroccan restaurant in Gastown that focuses on healthy eating. We tried to order a bit of everything, including their famous Lamb Shank Tagine. This traditional Moroccan dish features halal lamb shank and seasonal vegetables cooked in an earthenware dish. We had a great time at Moltaqa and the décor transported us far, far away.
