Did you know Broyé Cafe & Bakery used to be the famous Baker and Table Bakery? They are known for their chewy and yummy Japanese melonpans! Last year they rebranded the entire store into a Vietnamese x Japanese fusion coffee shop with a goal to educate people about the wonders and history of Vietnamese coffee. I recommend the Yuzu Butterfly Pea, a colourful and refreshing drink that’s sure to hit the spot.
