The Wild Salmon Oshizushi from Sushi Lovers is packed with two layers of aburi wild salmon and topped with Japanese mayo, jalapeno slices, and black pepper. The pepper adds spice, and I love how this battera just melts in your mouth! Seared salmon and mayo will always be my guilty pleasure.
