I enjoyed a much needed bowl of pho from The Viet Noodle Guy! I ordered the large Viet Noodle with Brisket and Beef Balls – Pho Man Bo Vien. The portions were large and the brisket and beef balls were tasty. The broth was also so clear that I ended up drinking a lot of it. Overall, this was a very satisfying bowl of pho!
