Looking to celebrate a special occasion? I highly recommend Land & Sea Restaurant & Bar because everything here is phenomenal. One of the dishes I tried was the Unagi Risotto. It features carnaroli rice, tiger prawns, green peas, 63 degree egg, ikura, mentsuyu butter, and sansho pepper. All the dishes were incredibly flavourful and well balanced and the service was warm and attentive. What more could one want?
