Katsu San in Richmond is hands down our new favourite katsu place in the Greater Vancouver area. Why? The texture. The deep-fried breaded pork loin in the Tonkatsu set is nicely crisped on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. How could you possibly resist? Get takeout here and you won’t regret it.
