My sister treated me to Sushi Hachi for my birthday and the food was beyond delicious. The Special Assorted Nigiri was very fresh. I especially loved the otoro — it melted in my mouth, I needed a moment with it. What surprised me the most was the unagi. It was grilled till just right, crispy and warm and soft.
