Silvanas is a Filipino frozen cookie sandwich made of two cashew-meringue wafers, covered and filled with buttercream, and coated with cookie crumbs. I haven’t had them since I was in the Philippines, so I was happy to discover that the Khaykery makes them. My favourites were the original and ube flavour.
