If you’re looking for a weekend brunch idea, check out C Market Coffee in Coquitlam. I had the Shincheon Chicken Waffle (who can say no to that?) and it was absolutely delicious. It features a house-made waffle with a cornflake chicken cutlet covered in cheese sauce and corn. It comes with a side of honey butter potatoes and sriracha maple syrup sauce. Yum!
