Originating from Lanzhou, China, Sip Bowl has opened in Vancouver! Providing fresh hand pulled noodles that are made to order! I recommend the Sauerkraut Beef La Mian as it was super flavourful and the sauerkraut added an extra layer of umami to the soup. With seven different noodle shapes to choose from, there is bound to be one to satisfy your noodle preferences!
