Forget yeast vs. cake donuts, my vote is with mochi donuts. I finally tried the hype mochi donuts from Mochido and it didn’t disappoint! I grabbed a 6-pack and my favourite was the salted brown butter. The dough was light, soft, and chewy, while the glaze on top gave it the salted brown butter flavour. Pre-order for pickup through Mochido’s website, or walk in after 1pm.
