I’m so glad I ordered the Salmon Aburi Oshi at Restaurant Yugo because I absolutely love their house-made Yugo sauce. This sauce is a great match for the melt-in-your mouth salmon that’s topped with jalapeno. The Hamachi Aburi Oshi and Tiger Shrimp Aburi Oshi are also hits!
