“Bao down” to the “souper” chefs in Vancouver, like the ones at Shanghai Fortune Cuisine in Crystal Mall. I love their Shengjian Bao, or pan-fried pork buns. They have a nice, crunchy bottom and a soupy inside filled with a tasty morsel of meat. They’re filling but I can eat them all!
