We got to try a restaurant that we have been both eyeing for awhile now—Co’m Vietnamese in Richmond. The interior was aesthetic as the decor was chic and modern, making it a higher end experience. We tried the Pho Saigon, which had a light but flavourful beef broth, steak, and beef brisket. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and we’ll definitely be back to try their other items.
