Cafe Mai-Mai is my hidden gem for Vietnamese pho. I love the pho here because it has no MSG and it’s tasty at the same time! The Pho Dac Biet has raw beef, tendon, tripe, and meatballs – a bit of everything to make it an all dressed pho.
