Formerly known has Pasta Amore, Claudio’s Ristorante has found their new home near Brentwood. This stunning location boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a beautiful dining room with both traditional and modern feels, and a fabulous patio. Their impressive menu consists of classic Italian favourites with contemporary flare, including the Panzanella Salad. This salad was so fresh and vibrant. The tomatoes were plump and juicy, and tasted straight from the garden. We added burrata, cause why wouldn’t we?!
