Wasuta Pasta is a friendly little restaurant serving Italian dishes elevated with a Japanese twist. The dishes we tried were full of freshness yet still had a satisfying richness. One of their signature dishes, the Oyster Mushroom Bacon Black Garlic Fettuccine had a deep earthy flavour profile without any pungency from the garlic. Rather it had an intense umami and bold black appearance. We’re definitely excited to go back and try their other menu items.
