Olivo Cafe & Eatery is a hidden gem in Burnaby’s corporate/business area. This Mexican-Korean-owned spot serves Mexican eats, as well as traditional breakfast items and croffles…all while bumpin’ a great K-Pop playlist! The Olivo Chilaquiles features homemade tortilla chips, cheese, beans, rice and two sunny side up eggs. I loved all the different textures! They also have local goodies and Mexican candy for sale here.
