Market by Jean-Georges isn’t my usual kind of brunch spot but it was delish! I couldn’t resist ordering the Korean Fried Chicken & Buttermilk Pancakes. The fried chicken had a nice sweet glaze, while the pancake was fluffy. It’s topped with a pickled vegetable slaw to finish it off.
