Ganache and Bananes Foster ice cream make up this dainty ice cream sandwich from La Glace. Made with a French method, the ice cream is dense, creamy, and rich. The Ganache was one of the best chocolate ice creams I’ve had and the Bananes Foster had the warm flavours of caramelized banana and rum.
