The ice cream sandwiches from Innocent Ice Cream Parlour are made with freshly baked cookies and handmade ice cream. We ordered the flight of 3, including the Canadian, Electric, and Shortcake. Our favourite was hands-down the Canadian. The maple walnut and oatmeal cookies were such a yummy combo, we went back and bought a full size! Get yours at their pickup window.
