Have you heard of Genki Eki Noodle Bar along West Broadway? What’s cool about it is that it’ll take you to a Japanese train station! Genki Eki serves a variety of Japanese street food, traditional Japanese oden, and customizable noodle bowls. One of my personal favourites was the Duck Duck Duck (Cold Noodle). The duck breast was so tender and the cold noodles were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly to al-dente. You’ll also get hot soup on the side.
