At Motomachi Shokudo, you can choose the style of ramen, type of meat, and broth flavour. Here, I have the Deluxe Ramen in Bamboo Charcoal Dark Miso with Chasu. There’s lots of meat and vegetables on top to balance the macros! And if you can handle heat, I also recommend adding their homemade spicy sauce.
