The Chicken Waffles is one of my favourite brunch items at Britannia Brewing Steveston. Buttermilk fried chicken thighs, poached eggs, chipotle maple glaze, and hollandaise sauce sit atop delicious liege waffles. If you’re looking for a great brunch spot, drop by Britannia Brewing.
