Dosanko is one of my favourite Japanese fusion restaurants. They offer Western-influenced Japanese cuisine, like the Cheese Stuffed Menchi Katsu Burger. This burger features a beef patty stuffed with cheese, Tonkatsu sauce, Koji-mayo, caramelized onions, pickles, and lettuce on a housemade milk bun. Order online from Uber Eats or grab takeout if you’re in the area.
