Got to try MICHA, a Taiwanese restaurant with a well-known Brown Sugar Pearl Shaved Ice. It’s a must-try if you have a sweet tooth and are into desserts with a fancy presentation! The pearls were very soft and chewy, while the cream had lots of milk tea flavor, making the shaved ice extremely tasty. We’ll definitely be back to try the other variation where they blow torch the shaved ice itself.
