Le Tigre is an amazing food truck! Enough said. We highly recommend the Braised Beef Kickass Rice Bowl. It comes with braised beef brisket, Thai chili, and 7 spice mayo (this was REAL good!). There was a reasonable portion of brisket and sauce paired really well with it.
