Taps & Tacos food truck serves delicious birria and Vampiro tacos! We visited their truck in Port Moody and tried the Pork Birria Tacos and Beef Vampiro Tacos. Served on crispy fried corn tortillas, the Beef Vampiro Tacos were topped with an added layer of fried cheese! Yes—FRIED CHEESE! What better way to enjoy a day out than with some tacos and margaritas?
