I rarely go to North Van for food but when I do, it always seems to be for Two Rivers Specialty Meats! The Beef Tartare features hand-cut beef, caper vinaigrette, and a sous vide egg yolk. Delicious toasted bread comes on the side, making this a great shareable dish!
