Bon Macaron Patisserie has always been one of my favourite macaron shops in Vancouver. I love the creativity behind their 40+ sweet and savoury flavours. What also makes them stand out is the fact that they have their own “Granville Island Specials,” which incorporates ingredients from other vendors at the Public Market. Grab a box of assorted macarons next time you’re on Granville Island.
