Hi my name is Darren. I’m nothing more than a simple guy who enjoys good food and good company. I do various sports from volleyball to soccer only so I can eat and keep this school boy figure of mine. Being born and raised in Vancouver, I’ve seen this city evolve into a globally-acclaimed cuisine machine. Our multicultural city is home to many great Asian establishments that I would like to explore.

So in the words of the Iron Chef with an open heart and an empty stomach, "I hope we can all go on this food adventure together. A la Cuisine!"
