Sugar Lab’s hot tofu pudding with mochi and pearls tasted lightly of soybean, with a soft, buttery smooth consistency. The pearls were soft, warm, and lightly sweet, while the mochi had a good amount of chew. A side of brown sugar syrup added the ideal sweetness to this unexpectedly delicious pudding.
