When Canffle says that they serve one of the best waffles in Vancouver, they are definitely sticking to their statements! The unique part about Canffle is that you can choose your choice of waffles: Brussel (Belgian waffle), Croffle (waffled croissant), or Mochi (sweet rice flour). We tried the Croffle Club Sandwich, which features poached chicken breast, peameal bacon, red onion, tomato, greens, and egg. We absolutely loved it as the croffle was flakey and tasty!
