Le Tigre food truck has the best baos in Vancouver. Not kidding. To prove it, get your hands on the Crispy Chicken Bun. I’m very particular about my steamed buns and Le Tigre made me proud. The bun is both dense and fluffy, while the crispy fried chicken is balanced by the cabbage slaw. Grab one or two for your next snack or lunch.
