The quality of the pastries at Nemesis Coffee Polygon are top notch. The croissants are flavourful and filled with cream. My favourite was the Chocolate Caramel Croissant. The caramel and chocolate cream are perfect together, while the caramel square candies reminded me of my childhood. If you’re ever in North Van, stop by for your pastry fix.
