Kind Café is first zero waste cafe in Vancouver – so my inner environmental self was squealing with excitement! I went for the Carrot Lox Toast here because I’ve had it before at other places. Kind Café’s version was tangy and zesty with an overall freshness. It came with a sesame toasted bun, which complemented the carrot lox well.
