Fact: I wasn’t a fan of hummus until I had the Silk Road from Aleph Eatery. Hummus, baba ganouj, labneh, zaatar, and honey are served with fresh chimichurri saj bread. All the ingredients complemented each other, and that fresh saj bread – I could eat it every day!
